Main Features

1. The maximum production capacity of this equipment is 8 bundles per minute, which can save 3-5 labor. Calculated at 5 bundles per minute, it can save 2-3 labor.

2. No need for manual strapping or stacking of cans, reducing labor intensity. Avoiding manual contact with the can body can maintain its appearance for a longer period of time and prevent rusting.

3. This equipment adopts a fully automatic horizontal packaging machine, which has higher stability and thinner and lighter consumables. The weight of the packaging tape material is 12mm* 0.63, and the cost is lower compared to semi-automatic packaging machines (manual operation).

4. System can store various product specification parameter packages, which can be called up at any time when changing the can type. The knot height is automatically adjusted with just one click.

5. The conveying adopts full nylon plate chains to reduce friction at the bottom of the cans and prevent scratches on the bottom of the cans.

6. The equipment is equipped with fault self diagnosis, emergency stop, and alarm functions. When the equipment malfunctions, there are sound and light reminders, and the processing method is automatically displayed on the touch screen.

7. The equipment comes with production material shortage, wire breakage alarm, and emergency stop function.

8. The height of production can be adjusted through the touch screen, making it convenient for the production of various products with different heights.

9. Equipped with fully enclosed safety protection doors, all transmission parts are equipped with protective covers and safety switch. When opening the safety door during production, emergency stop can be achieved. The electric control box comes with a lock for added safety.
